I have been working some more with the reclaimed fence pickets. My wonderful husband, Brad, found some pictures on the internet. I really liked this Picket Nativity, but I didn’t want to pay for or wait for the pattern.
So I just created my own:
I also got a request from my friend Chris. You remember, she’s the one with TEN grandchildren. Well she wanted a plywood train to hand all of those stocking from. This is what I have so far. I will see her tomorrow night so we can decide what to do next.
And you remember all of the other picket people that I have made.
I also made some lollipops, but I forgot to take pictures. I am going to the Antiques and Crafts Mall of Pasadena tomorrow. I will try to remember to take pictures of the things I have there.

Great job on painting the adorable Holy Family. Sounds wierd but that is some cool hay.

The hay is all of those scraps of wood that end up on the floor and around the saw. I really cannot throw anything away.
